Paul is Salford's conditioning coach, with an esteemed career in Muay Thai training from an early age.
Paul began with the 4 times world champion Ronnie Green then moving on to train with two times Thai world champion
and boxing coach Oliver Harrison, then moving in to train in MMA and finally coming to train at Salford Muay Thai.
We were so impressed with Paul's abilities we asked Paul to join us at Salford Muay Thai, Paul has also had
time in other martial arts including 2 black belts in Shotokan karate and judo where Paul competed at national level,
Paul also boxed for a short time so has an excellent all-round pedigree within combat sports Paul has competed in the
ring and on the mat, so knows exactly how to get the best out of any combat athlete. Salford Muay Thai has gone from
strength to strength since Paul joined us. Paul is also focus trained in personal training, and qualified in diet and nutrition.
Within Salford Muay Thai, Paul maintains very high standards and gets the very best results from everybody he trains be it one
of our professional fighters or simply someone wanting to get fit and maintain a healthy life style.
Mark is an experienced Muay Thai fighter and coach, fighting at top level for a number of years. He is currently English champion
at 69kg and British champion at 67kg. In the gym, Mark is extremely determined to get the best results from training himself and clients.
A Graduate in Sports Science from Salford University, Mark is constantly researching ways to improve his training methods and
coaching techniques. Mark combines acquired skills and experiences from the ring, gym and his studies to provide his clients
and students with the best training and advice tailored for their individual needs and goals.
